Viva Hate plot

Daniel is a great admirer of the singer Morrissey. He decides to start a band himself, called Viva Hate (after Morrissey's debut album), to gain recognition from the world but especially from his mother who only cares about Daniel's brother Tommy. Tommy is a petty criminal and his mother's love baby, unlike Daniel who is the result of a one-night stand. Daniel grows into a rock star, gets involved in his brother's criminal life and finds his true love Fanny. Thanks to these developments, Daniel discovers what really matters in life.
