Villain plot

"By the time he's ready to kill you, its an act of mercy."

Murderous, sadistic gang leader Vic Dakin becomes concerned about potential "decoys" that could take down his criminal empire. The brash Vic slits the throat of one man who's been loose-lipped, fearing his gossip could trigger a major police operation. Meanwhile, Detective Matthews of the Scotland Yard infiltrates the gang incognito and looks for the weak spots.
