Umi e, See You plot

In preparation for the Paris-Dakar Rally, Team Dankai has been tasked by their sponsors to add popular star Ryuichi Yoshii as a member of their team. Team leader Mizuki finds it imperative to deploy a backup car to support Yoshii's rally car. The backup car will be driven by the very gifted but actually retired Eiji Honma. Then suddenly the famous singer Yuko Takei shows up, who has followed Yoshii from Japan and also wants to ride in Honma's backup car. Furthermore, Yoshii's selfish attitude ensures that the cooperation in the team does not go too smoothly and the necessary fights break out. Honma mediates and ensures that the race can still be continued.
