Twist plot

"Boys do what boys must!"

The film is about Dodge, aka the Artful Dodger (played by Nick Stahl), who was once at home in suburban Montreal, but is now a misanthropic veteran on the indifferent streets of Toronto. When he meets the young Oliver, he takes care of him and guides him into the world of male prostitution. Dodge and the other boys are a close-knit family, less traditional, but certainly more honest than Oliver's last home with its shattered illusions. Even drug dealer Nancy, overlord Bill Sykes' girlfriend, who keeps the boys motivated, is warmer to him than he's used to. As Oliver's innocence breaks down, Dodge becomes increasingly distracted by a demon from his own past, his brother David.
