Tommaso plot
The American Tommaso has left his film career in his home country and now lives in Rome with his wife Nikki and three-year-old daughter Deedee. The couple lives a routine life with the wife mainly taking care of Deedee while Tommaso, now six years sober, learns Italian and works on a new screenplay. He also divides his time into support group sessions, coffee houses and dance workshops. Tommaso clumsily tries to be a better version of himself.
