Konrad (Uwe Ochsenknecht) is about to be elected mayor when private detective Stefan (Alexander Radszun) tells him that his wife is having an affair. Stefan, himself extorted because of his criminal past, uses Konrad's troublesome prosecutor's office to put an end to his own problems.
