Ticket to Heaven plot

"In 1979, David joined a cult."

After his girlfriend leaves him, David helps out at a summer camp in the countryside. He does not know, however, that this camp is actually a camp for the benefit of a religious sect. He soon becomes a willing slave to the cult, fighting Satan (anyone who opposes the cult) and teaching people how to commit suicide in the unlikely event that they are kidnapped by worried parents. However, David's friend Larry finds him in the camp and devises a plan to get him out of there.
