The Young Lovers plot

Ted Hutchens is a code expert working for the intelligence service at the US Embassy in London. On a night out to a ballet, he meets young Anna and the two fall in love immediately. The problem is that Anna is the daughter of the Russian ambassador in London. Ted and Anna realize that in the current climate their relationship is an impossible one and that everything they do will be closely watched from both sides. They meet in secret and Anna becomes pregnant. The love for each other is stronger than the love for their country and the two decide to make an attempt to secretly leave England and make a living elsewhere.
