"Arrested and Prosecuted. But for what, he does not know."

Prague, before the First World War. Without being aware of any harm, Joseph K. is arrested. He will never hear the charges and will have to defend himself anyway. He becomes more and more entangled in the web of bureaucracy. And no matter what he tries, he can't stop the nightmare. Screenplay by Harold Pinter, based on the famous book by Franz Kafka.
