The Town Bully plot

When local tormentor Raymond (David Graf) is released from prison, the tranquility of an American town is over. It doesn't take long for him to become criminal again, but this time someone takes the law into their own hands and shoots him dead. The whole town knows who the killer is, but no one wants to testify.
