The Locusts plot
"Every betrayal begins with trust."
With barely $7 in his pocket, Clay Hewitt arrives in the small town of Missouri. After an argument with the local drunk, he finds shelter with the wealthy and aging widow Delilah. She is used to summoning her ranch workers to her room to satisfy her sexual appetite. Delilah offers Clay a job and invites him to her bed. Clay is fascinated by her, but his heart goes out to her confused and withdrawn son 'Flyboy'. He tries to free the boy from the yoke of his dominant mother, but soon discovers that the mother and son's problems are even bigger than expected.
