Paula, a leopard trainer known as the Leopard Lady, is hired by the police to join a circus and investigate a series of robberies and murders. She discovers that Caesar, a Cossack, owns a monkey that he has trained to be a vicious killer. However, the Leopard Lady is reluctant to expose Caesar, as he once saved her life.
