The Devil Dancer plot

"Two men fought for the Devil Dancer. One to hold what he had bought- the other to win the love he sought."

Takla (Gilda Gray) is a white girl raised by a distant eastern tribe. English explorer Stephen Athelstan accidentally discovers the "forbidden" domain, where he interrupts a ritual punishment in which a girl is buried alive. Fascinated by Takla's dance during the ceremony, he vows to free the girl from her barbaric environment.
