"He lies, he cheats, he bends the rules, he's the last of the honest cops, he is The Custodian"

Detective Quinlan has left his wife who is struggling with alcohol problems. Quinlan loses himself through insecurity, anger and motivation because of the corrupt cops who are around him. He gives up his good life and ends up in the criminal circuit together with his colleague Detective Church.
