The Cursed Ones plot

Disillusioned journalist Godwin arrives in a West African village to cover the local festival. He is soon drawn into a witch hunt. Misadventures cause a deaf girl to be accused of witchcraft and the pastor insists that the only way to save the girl is through exorcism or death. Godwin tries to save the girl's life with the help of a teacher, but faces headwinds in the form of corruption and false prophets.
