"The New Master Race!"

General Ahmed sets up the so-called People's Army in the town of Watts and tries in this way to alleviate the suffering of his fellow sufferers. However, the Army soon gets into a fight with the mafia and the members of the Army begin to arm themselves to be able to offer a little resistance. However, Ahmed fears that the armament will lead to riots and street fighting.
