The Best Man Wins plot
A diver saves his best friend's life, but loses his own arm in the act. Unable to find work due to this disability, he feels compelled to work for a criminal. The crook is looking for hidden treasures at the bottom of the sea. His best friend, who has since become a police officer, is looking for this criminal.
