The Bad Orphan plot

Karl and Jessica are a couple and have a daughter together, named Rhiannon. Karl and Jessica desperately want another child, but Jessica is unable to get pregnant. That's why they decide to adopt Gabby, an eight-year-old orphan girl with a disability. It soon becomes apparent that Gabby is exhibiting disturbing behavior.
