Thank You for Bombing plot
Ewald is a somewhat older war correspondent who now mainly works from the editorial office in Vienna. One day he is sent out again, this time to Afghanistan. But at the airport he thinks he recognizes someone with whom he had a traumatic experience in Kosovo. Simultaneously in Afghanistan, a provocative incident by two American soldiers is angering the local population. It is whispered that the soldiers were working on assignment, but the two are untraceable. Lana, a female American journalist, is tipped off about their whereabouts. She senses the opportunity of a lifetime and sets out to meet them. But what price is she willing to pay for the interview?
