Tarnovskata Tzaritza plot

Doctor Stariradev, a womanizer and villainous man, has just returned to Turnovo from his medical training in Paris. His young and truly beautiful worker Marina Camelia Todorova is attracted to him. Surprisingly, he reciprocates these feelings and they are happy for a while. But the situation changes when he decides to marry another woman because it would not be socially acceptable to marry a maid.
