Stranger in Town plot

Aaron Tomlin moves from the city to the country with his mother Katherine and his sister Kimberly. Katherine thought it was high time to settle in quiet Elm Creek. She buys an old Victorian house that urgently needs to be renovated. Shortly after the family moves out, a woman is murdered. The police have two suspects: Jack Beldon, a mysterious newcomer, and Eddie Lester, better known as 'The Creeper' and who is mistrusted and bullied by the villagers.
