Marine biologist Martin Schell meets his great love Nina again during an Arctic exploration. Years ago, the journalist disappeared from his life because he cheated on her. Now it is precisely Nina who has to report on Martin's research for a scientific journal. The reunion opens old wounds, but on the ship both cannot avoid each other.
