Son of Sofia plot
In the summer of 2004, the Olympic Games are underway. 11-year-old Misha leaves Russia to live with his mother in Athens in the house of an elderly Greek man she works for. When he determines that this man is actually his new father, Misha runs away but life on the street is too hard for him. He decides to return to his new home and clings to the stories he grew up with, turning them into a dark fairy tale.
