Sleepless Nights Stories plot

The film begins with the director surrounded by moving boxes in his new apartment. Then follows a trip around the world. Mekas visits acquaintances, walks around downtown New York and meets fellow filmmaker Harmony Korine. Louis Garrel makes his appearance in Paris, folk songs are sung in Luxembourg, with Pip Chodorov playing the ukulele, and at the end he gets a lift to Björk's airport.
