Sangre y Arena plot

"His courage brought them together. Her desire tore them apart."

Juan is a Spanish young man who dreams of becoming a famous bullfighter. He is married to Carmen and values friendship and a good relationship with his family. But when he meets the daughter of a wealthy landowner, he falls desperately in love with her. She makes sure that he comes into contact with a well-known torero and that he achieves success himself. At first she celebrates his triumph with him in the arena, but in the end she abandons him. Juan starts drinking more and more.
