Sammohanam plot
Sammohanam tells the story of the mysteriously seductive girl Pennu. She has temporarily moved to a quiet village in search of her missing grandfather. She creates a strange rift between the male residents and breaks marriages and old friendships. Chandu, a rich farmer who owns rice fields, is the first to fall for her charms and leaves his wife Jaanu and his family. Then when Pennu starts dating Chindan, owner of a sugar cane mill and a good friend of Chandu, Chindan is attacked by Chandu with a sickle, cutting off his earlobe.
