Royal Wedding plot
It's 1981. Charles loves Di, there are riots in Toxteth Liverpool and Margaret Thatcher is trying to reform the British economy. In a small Welsh village people are beginning to feel the negative effects of Thatcher's free-market economy, but the royal wedding of Charles and Diana gives the Caddock family and their entire parish a chance to forget their problems for a while. Idealistic 15-year-old Tammy Caddock throws a "royal wedding street party" but as the festivities unfold, everything in her life, that of her family and the entire village community will change forever.
