Rosalie plot

Princess Rosalie Romanikov of Romanza is incognito in the United States. She falls madly in love with American Dick Thorpe, a West Point Military Academy cadet, although she found him conceited at first. The gallant Dick flies to Romanza in the Balkans. However, Rosalie turns out to be already engaged to someone else and complications are inevitable.
