In one of New York's roughest neighborhoods, lonely Simon (Jason Andrews) illegally records rock concerts and then tries to sell them on the street. Simon's bleak existence is disrupted by both the vengeful girl band 1-900-BOXX and a sweet schizophrenic girl who says she loves him.
