Radioman plot
"The crossed destinies of a boy and a young woman on the eve of the German invasion of Belgium in 1940."
May 1940. As the world teeters on the brink of war, Elza, a young actress taking her first steps in radio drama studios, and Berre, a budding sound engineer with almost magical hearing, cross paths in Brussels' Flagey Building—from which national radio broadcasts. He seeks solace in the elusive power of sound, she in the enchantment of radio dramas. Their encounter ignites a spark of love that lifts them above the threats of their time.

A nice film about a young Flemish man who gets an internship in a radio studio shortly before the German invasion. It is all beautifully filmed, with stylish set design as well. Excellent acting from the entire cast. In terms of content, however, I found it a bit on the boring side. It gets quite slow towards the end.
