Pummarò plot

Kwaku is a medical student from Ghana. He finds his brother, nicknamed Pummarò, in southern Italy. He works there as an underpaid farmhand to enable Kwaku to study in Canada. Kwaku's quest takes him from the violent Neapolitan countryside to the Roman red light district where he meets Nanou, his brother's wife.
