Pretty Ugly People plot

"Is losing the weight worth losing your friends?"

A long friendship is put to the ultimate test when a dying woman gives her friends from school a four-day wilderness trip as a gift. The friends learn that the woman's current condition is not what they expected. Lucy has always been overweight and obese. She is eager to join the group as her health deteriorates. Her friends have always supported her in a difficult time. But along the way, Lucy finds out that not everything was the way it used to be.
