Pisma Myortvogo Cheloveka plot

A nuclear catastrophe has rendered the Earth's surface uninhabitable. A scientist is holed up in the basement of a museum with the other survivors. The army has taken over and is selecting healthy people for the central bunker. However, the scientist refuses to submit to their rule and is left with a group of outcasts.
