Piazza delle Cinque Lune plot
On March 16, 1978, Aldo Moro, elected Prime Minister of Italy five times, was kidnapped in Rome by terrorists from the Red Brigade. For 54 days, the terrorists sought an exchange: his life for that of thirteen members of the Red Brigade who were on trial in Turin at the time. Moro's body was eventually found in the trunk of a car in central Rome. .. The ensuing investigation spun a web of intrigue and speculation and resembled a cover-up. 'Five Moons Square' begins when the investigating judge receives a mysterious package. In it he finds the bobbin of a film that shows the murder of Moro and also contains important clues that can expose the truth....
