Into the Sun plot
'Shotgun' Watkins is the crème de la crème of the US Army's Mirage fighter pilots. When it comes to flying, he is unbeatable. However, when he is called back by his own supporters to take on the guidance of actor Tom Slade, his pride is hurt. Slade is researching for his role as a jet fighter pilot in a new feature film. Slade is arrogant and smooth and poses a threat to the speedy Watkins. Especially when Slade shifts his hunting ground to Watkins' girlfriend, the sexy Major Lauren Goode. During a test flight, Watkins and Slade get into a firefight. It is the beginning of a fearful and deadly adventure.
