Pereezd plot

An old man lives with his granddaughter in a small house by a river. They live a simple life in harmony with the surrounding world. One day his daughter comes home to persuade him to live in the big city. To do this, the house must first be sold, which is a difficult decision for the grandfather. Once in town, however, they soon discover that the daughter cannot repay the bank's loan.
