Penguin Fûfu plot

Ayumi Mastuda once worked as a freelance writer for a publisher in Tokyo, where she met Chinese cinematographer Xiaoxuan Fan. Now they have been married for five years. After the publisher went bankrupt, they moved to Ishigaki Island. Xiaoxuan Fan has also applied for Japanese citizenship and they have to go to the Immigration Office for an interview to prove that they are a couple and that their case is not a marriage of convenience. As the conversation progresses, they find it more difficult than they anticipated.
