Pelnu Sanatorija plot

During World War I, German surgeon Ulrich is sent to a remote convalescent home for shellshock patients. His cold rational mind finds it difficult to adapt to his new strange environment where reality tends to fiction. He tries unsuccessfully to transform the place and meets a mysterious wild boy. Soon this place will have to withstand the madness of war.
