O Rei da Noite plot
Tertuliano - Tezinho for friends - is an eloquent charlatan who grows up in the Sao Paulo of the 1920s. At a young age he meets the love of his life, the graceful Aninha. But she suffers from a rare disease and moves to the countryside for treatment. Tezinho is left lonely and plunges from one destructive relationship to another. Will he ever see his beloved again?
