In the fall of 1943, Guy Rouveron (Serge Avedikian) lives in the French countryside. His girlfriend Janine (Catherine Albin) lives in the neighboring village. One day he finds wounded German soldier Rolf (Piotr Stanislas) in the woods and takes him home. Once Rolf has recovered, Guy won't let him go and Rolf decides to stay. When the relationship between the two men also becomes sexual, jealousy rears its head.
