Neurasthenia plot

An Iranian mid-twenties struggles with contemporary life. He is defeated by an enormous fatigue, everything is too heavy for him and the world seems to him an impregnable obstacle. He cannot sleep and spends the nights in his car. The man suffers from a syndrome called neurasthenia, which is better known today as 'burnout'. One of his friends advises him to seek help from a psychologist. Doing so opens up memories of a past he has tried to forget.
