Winter 1995. France is completely blocked by striking truck drivers. The inhabitants of Paris are obliged to move on foot or by bicycle. Nadia is a young woman living on a subsistence level with her six-month-old son, Christopher. When she watches the news one day, she thinks she recognizes her child's father in the crowd. She decides to go look for him.
