Benoit has big plans for life. When he is called up for military service, he tries everything to get out of it, antidepressants, an attempted suicide. The army doctor tells him that he is infected with HIV, after which Benoit enters the drug scene. When he goes to Italy he meets Claudia, who means a short-lived revival.
