Mueda, Memoria e Massacre plot

A semi-improvised reconstruction of a massacre that took place in the village of Mueda, on the border between Mozambique and Tanzania, twenty years ago. The residents of Mueda demanded their rights from the Portuguese colonial rulers and when things got out of hand, the police fired into the crowd, killing more than 600. Guerra mixes his primitive reconstruction with testimonies from people who experienced it all, such as a policeman who tells how he fired at people, as if in a daze.
