Mount Pleasant plot

Doug and Sarah Cameron have just moved into their new home in Mount Pleasant when their six-year-old daughter Courtney pricks herself with a used needle in the backyard. Near Cameron's house lives Nadia, a young heroin-addicted hooker who lives in the slums with her pimp and sweetheart Nick. Nadia's regular customer is the wealthy Stephen Burrows who lives across town with his unknowing wife Anna and 13-year-old daughter Megan. Soon, these three couples come into contact, which will drastically change their lives.
