Monica la Mitraille plot

The eldest daughter of an impoverished Montreal family, Monique Sparvieri (Céline Bonnier), wants to get out of the ghetto where she now lives. The love of her life, Michael, has left her and her second husband Gaston is sentenced to 10 months in prison. She gets a new love Gerald and together with him she commits many bank robberies. They also have children and she wants to prevent them from getting the same upbringing as she does at all costs.
