Mniejsze Zlo plot
Kamil Nowak is a young poet who manages to achieve artistic and social success in the harsh world of the People's Republic of Poland during the 1980s. He has an obsession with "being someone" and skillfully builds his public persona, which ultimately makes up for his lack to a real writing talent. He is deliberately indifferent to the real state of affairs in his politically disturbed country. But at some point he finds himself standing between the Secret Service and the union affiliated with the opposition. He will have to decide and pay the price that comes with choosing the lesser evil.
