Mía plot

On the edge of the metropolis of Buenos Aires is an illegal residential area that is in danger of being evicted. Gays, lesbians and transsexuals live together there. One of them is Alé, a transsexual who manages to earn a meager income by collecting cardboard. During one of her trips she sees that an emotional man throws a box on the street. She takes the box and finds a diary. It turns out to belong to Mía, a woman who took her own life. In the diary she tries to explain to her daughter Julia why she chose death. Alé takes care of Julia and at the same time she threatens to be evicted from her illegally built home.
