Menace de Mort plot

André falls in love with Hélène, the mistress of the wealthy industrialist Bernier. He soon discovers that the latter was collaborating with the Gestapo. This leads to a violent argument in which Bernier is murdered. André tries to avert the suspicion of the murder on Jacques, the victim's secretary. However, the police discover that Hélène and André are having an affair.
