Maskeblomstfamilien plot
It is summer in the year 1951. The first and only child of Lillian and Amund Wang is born. A boy. Or is it a girl? A solar eclipse is taking place outside. The birds stop chirping. The parents refuse the operation that can turn Adrian into a full-fledged human being. The apartment in Oscarsgate turns into a greenhouse where the ugliest flowers grow. Here Adrian grows up in an artificial environment, full of silence, lies and dying love. Here he becomes acquainted with his shamelessness. In the summer of 1966, Adrian takes the law into his own hands. Declaring war on his parents, he gathers a power that is redeeming, but also dangerous to everyone around him, and gradually he loses control of it.
